On behalf of the drafters from Central Mapping Office, I want to thank you for the quality and
clarity of the paperwork you submitted for SHO 4100009303 - a development at 208St and 88
Ave. in Langley.
You provided offsets, end points and pipe lengths for everything that was installed or changed.
You used Liquid Paper on the parts of the drawing that didn't go as planned and legibly drew in
what actually was installed. You made the service orders match up to work shown on the
drawing. You signed! You dated! You provided the air test!
It may sound like a bit of an overreaction to be so pleased by good paperwork, but without it, we
struggle to do our jobs. Just wanted you to know that it is really appreciated.

Got a call from the homeowner in Courtenay -she raved about the politeness of the crew, was totally
impressed with the construction process, and says they have a hard time seeing where the construction occurred on the property.

I had a message from Jim of Duncan Heating who had spoken with Tina at Lakes Rd.
and she had nothing but good comments about the work that CUC did. She said that the quality of the install
was very high and the guys were very polite and pleasant.
Also a big Atta Boy for cam who pointed out early on that this service was very long (500 metres) and that helped
flag the necessity to get the service line charge paid up front.
